Don’t sit back and wait. Find it all at one of the upcoming Outdoor Adventure Shows, taking place in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto.

With over 800 exhibitors taking part, there is something for everyone to discover. As an outdoor enthusiast or even as someone looking to briefly escape the winter chill and learn about exotic vacation options, the shows are a great way to connect with the outdoor community, swap travel lore, and trade tips.

Outdoor Adventure Show

Learn from seasoned travellers and experienced guides while watching canoe, kayak and SUP demonstrations. Even more, you can experience your own adrenaline rush when you take part in a number of interactive features. Zip line across the show floor 200 feet in the air, scale a rock wall, try out wakeboarding and even learn how to scuba dive in the demo pool. With over 150 presentations and speakers between the three host cities, there’s no shortage of valuable adventure knowledge to be gleaned from experts.

Toronto will feature presentations that include tips on how to improve your underwater photography with Norm Dutcher, as well as discussions on how to travel the Arctic with speakers from the Arctic Kingdom. You can also listen to 13 time published author and canoe enthusiast, Kevin Callan, who will share some of his own incredible adventure stories.

In Vancouver, you can see Tim McGrady, general manager of Spirit Bear Lodge talk about guiding sea kayak expeditions in Baja and Mexico’s Sea of Cortez (during winter) and the west coast of Vancouver Island in the summer.

In Calgary, you can hear from Canadian adventure expert and author of Discover Canada: 100 Inspiring Outdoor Adventures, Leigh McAdam.
