Join us for a celebration of some of the most compelling non-interventionist, pure, expressive and unique BC wine being made. These are wild, raw, brave and original wines – which is precisely how we describe the inimitably ingredient focused, seasonal cuisine of Chef Andrea Carlson. We’re very excited to be pairing them together in this four course tasting menu.
We will be pouring wine and hearing stories from three of BC’s most talented producers: Alan Dickson from Synchromesh, Master of Wine Rhys Pender from Little Farm, and Alison Scholefield from Okanagan Crush Pad. Expect to try pure, transparent expressions of place, wild fermented raw and rustic beauties, and even get some skin contact with orange wine.
