We paired up two dynamic Nelson neighbours—photographer David R. Gluns and writer Vivien Bowers—to profile four outstanding hikes in the Kootenays for our Spring 2010 issue. It’s impossible to say which season is more beautiful in the mountainous country around Kootenay Lake.
